AI-powered recommended contacts
Agility’s PR CoPilot is now able to analyse your PR content and recommend the media contacts that will be interested in covering it, saving you the time normally spent on media list building.
By reading your press releases, PR CoPilot will identify the subjects, audiences and keywords that are relevant to you, and match these with media contacts.
You then have the control to review and select the contacts you want, and edit the search terms that are being suggested, to refine and perfect your search.
Custom personalizations
You now have the ability to apply customized mailmerge personalizations to your emails in Agility. For example, if you are familiar with a contact, you may wish to address them in the way that you normally would by customizing their name:
Or if you wanted to refer to an outlet by its familiar title rather than it’s full, official one.
These customizations can be saved and then applied to your future communucations with them using the Personlizations mailmerge feature in email distributions.
