2018 is here and we’re looking forward to an exciting year ahead for our clients! Looking back on 2017, and the last quarter in particular, we’re proud of the new features & improvements we introduced to ensure our users get heaps of value from our tools and constantly evolve as communicators.

New Features

Keyword Search

Keyword targeting search was one of our most highly anticipated new features, introduced to allow our users to go beyond beats when searching for media contacts by querying specific keywords instead of browsing topics.

This powerful search feature pulls from billions of past articles and posts by keyword to bring the most relevant influencers of a subject to the top, enabling users to pinpoint influencers and journalists best suited to their brand.

We’ll continue posting updates about exciting enhancements planned for this feature in 2018!

Live Support Chat

We’ve made it easier to connect with our support team by adding live chat support within the Agility platform. Our friendly support team is always happy to help and can now be reached via a simple chat interface to answer any questions, big or small.

Enhancements & Fixes

Influencer Streams Enhancements

Our Influencer Streams feature received some impressive enhancements since launching in September 2017. These live streams of influencer tweets and news stories now also support searches by Twitter handle or hashtag, in addition to keyword and contact list. When users create streams with *@twitter_handle* or *#hashtag* they can now track all influencers using a certain hashtag or a specific influencer by their Twitter handle.

Additionally, images will now display in articles and can be toggled on and off from the stream settings, depending on user preferences. Influencer Streams can also now be filtered by 2 major source categories, social (Twitter posts) and news (print, online, and blog content), allowing users to zero in on their most interested content types.

New Look & Feel

We’ve made some updates to the look and feel in our platform, including an updated login page, loading screens, fonts, buttons and more. Menus and navigation remain the same, so users can enjoy a new look without getting lost!

Updating Topic Criteria & Associated Alerts

Users can now copy and re-send a previously sent or failed distribution to save time when sending media outreach emails. Any copied distribution can be edited and sent again.
