June 2023: AI-powered PR CoPilot enables Quick Distribution; Customized Email Templates and Google Analytics 4 Upgrade

Agility’s PR CoPilot has been a leader in allowing PR professionals to answer the question “How are you integrating AI into your work?” This month we have added the ability to use PR CoPilot to quickly create your entire email content, or as much of it as you need.

PR CoPilot Quick Distribution

You can now use PR CoPilot to draft your entire email content from your key message and instructions, using the templates available in Agility.

Simply select a template, toggle PR CoPilot on and click ‘Create Distribution’.

Based on a brief key message and a choice of tone, PR CoPilot will generate all the content for your email components…

…and then apply the content to your chosen template for further (human or AI) refinement.

Create and save custom email templates

You now have the ability to save your own email templates in Agility. So you can create, save and re-use as many formats as you need, depending on the kind of email you are sending.
