3CS, a production-focused experiential marketing agency, launches in San Diego

by | Feb 18, 2021

Amidst a global pandemic, an industry veteran has announced the launch of 3CS, a production-focused experiential marketing agency headquartered in San Diego. 3CS is home to a versatile roster of clients in the automotive, entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle and retail industries and already has an impressive roster including Netflix, Lincoln and Google.

3CS focuses on creating immersive experiences for industry-leading brands through launch events, mobile tours, PR and influencer activations, concerts, pop ups and more while also offering concept development, experiential design and flawless execution.

“I’ve always been such an advocate of balance and want to build a company where community and culture are priority,” said Founder of 3CS, Chelsea Wilson. “I believe community is the future in business. COVID opened my eyes to the necessity of it and how much people want to band together. My vision is to create a team mentality for the better — authentic happiness and good health shouldn’t be a luxury in the workplace.”

Whether people are full-time, contractors, vendors or clients – 3CS will offer a collaborative work atmosphere, transparency through frequent communication and customized client experiences. Wilson adds, “if we surround ourselves with genuinely amazing people, the work ethic and output will come naturally and we will achieve the same end goal which is to produce unforgettable events and experiences that we are all proud of.”

Wilson brings a wide breadth of experience to 3CS, most recently as the Head of the West Coast Office & Managing Director at bicoastal creative experiences agency, Relevent. She has executed monumental projects for brands such as Victoria’s Secret PINK, Jeep and Marriott. Wilson’s 15+ years experience in experiential marketing and the creative services industry has led her to produce some of the industry’s biggest events around the world from Vancouver and Cancun to London and Paris. She has spearheaded global hotel openings and pop-up shops to spring break pool parties and A-list concerts with thousands of attendees.

Below is a list of recent projects 3CS worked on:

  • Google tapped 3CS to get the word out about the long-awaited season four of The Crown and the launch of the Google Chromecast. 3CS recreated the Queen’s famous red box as a surprise and delight sent to hundreds of media and influencers around the world. The COVID-friendly and Instagram-worthy recreation was the ultimate fan gift and educated recipients – and their followers – on the easiest way to watch the show with the Google Chromecast. Recipients successfully spread the word, sharing photos and videos of the box and its contents to their social media accounts, creating global buzz and excitement for The Crown and new streaming service.
  • Netflix called on 3CS to build excitement around the release of The Christmas Chronicles 2. 3CS produced a CC2 themed truck to serve as a distribution vehicle that they filled with customized CC2 themed gift kits to hand out to consumers in Los Angeles and Dallas two weeks prior to Christmas. The results were 22,000 total holiday kits distributed and 2,000 premiums.
  • Lincoln and the American Forest Foundation had 3CS design, create and install the ultimate Christmas Tree at New York’s Pier 17, featuring custom Lincoln ornaments. For the two weeks in December, Lincoln donated a dollar for every photo posted to social media that featured the #LincolnTogethernessTree to the American Forest Foundation. Their goal was reached and resulted in 25,000 trees planted in US forests.

3CS is excited to plant its home base in San Diego and bring a new perspective to experiential marketing through surpassing client expectations, using its strong relationships with vendors and partners and producing high quality work with a team of like-minded, creative and out of the box thinkers.
