Following its fourth anniversary, Choice Media & Communications announced the addition of Sarah Tuttle as associate publicist and Trisha Murphy as business development manager, effective immediately.

A graduate of Samford University, Tuttle brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm for the entertainment and lifestyle public relations industry. Her recent position at Birmingham’s Knight Eady gave her hands-on experience in media relations, consulting and branding. Tuttle is excited to be a part of the strategic planning and implementation of unique communications plans for Choice clients.

Tuttle fell in love with Choice because of its collaborative, driven environment that encourages passion and excitement to serve all clients successfully.

“Along with strong experience from her work with Country Living, StyleBlueprint and marquee public relations agencies, Sarah Tuttle brings a warmth and tenacity that make her the perfect addition to our Choice team,” said Choice Founder and CEO Heather Adams. “Sarah immediately connects with our media partners and clients in a way that is truly reflective of her ability to deliver exceptional assistance to all we have the privilege of serving.”

Arriving to Choice with previous experience in both higher education fundraising and workforce development, Murphy has a genuine passion for creating opportunities for others. In her role as Assistant Director of Annual Giving at Middle Tennessee State University, she oversaw a number of academic fundraising initiatives, such as direct mail solicitations and student giving. As the Director of Education & Workforce Development at the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, Murphy oversaw K – 12 programs promoting pathways that lead students to high demand, high wage jobs.

Murphy has spent her life in service to others and is passionate about spreading good news. She is excited to continue these passions by working with writers, entertainers, speakers and leaders in the entertainment and lifestyle industry.

“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Trisha Murphy for 10 years. She’s a gifted communicator who is highly motivated to succeed. Her deep and impassioned faith in our clients, paired with her drive and keen ability to over deliver is going to change the trajectory of our business,” said Adams.

Her role as business development manager will weave together her past experiences to make a dream job tailored to who she is. She will work with clients to develop strategies that open doors and create opportunities, thus allowing her to continue spreading good news.
