PHA expands strategy offering with newly created role 

PR, Digital and Creative Agency The PHA Group has appointed Richard Langrish as Head of Strategy to lead the expansion of its strategic planning and insights function.

Langrish joins with the remit to further scale strategy resources across the Group to meet growing client demand and to advance the agency’s integrated analytics offering. He will report directly to George Coleman, CEO.

Langrish brings over 14 years of experience in social and digital strategy, having worked across some of the industry’s most progressive agencies including DeVries Global, TMW Unlimited, Laundry Service (Wasserman), and Alfred. His career began in social, where he developed a deep understanding of audience behaviour, brand storytelling, and platform innovation – skills that now underpin his approach as a strategist.

While at Laundry Service, Langrish led strategy for Amazon Music across EMEA, and at Alfred, helped win and shape award-winning work for Netflix, as well as major accounts including Westfield, HTC VIVE and Amazon Future Engineer. His strategic thinking is grounded in creativity, insight and commercial impact – qualities he now brings to his role as Head of Strategy at The PHA Group, where he specialises in helping clients solve complex problems and building strategies based on deep insights.
