AGAR, the experiential company that is redefining the power of authentic brand engagement, by putting humans at the center of design, is doubling down on the value of human experience, particularly in the retail space. The company has expanded its design and retail expertise welcoming Robyn Novak as the Director of Strategy and Development.
“The retail landscape has changed. We no longer go shopping, we are always shopping. And while e-commerce is here to stay, the demand and desire for physical experiences in the retail environment has only increased,” said Josh Heuser, Founder of AGAR. “Live experiences create memories, build engagement and inspire action in a way that digital marketing cannot. Robyn’s expertise will enhance AGAR’s commitment to create cultural connections among brands and communities. This approach will allow us to reach consumers everywhere they shop and connect with them to drive consideration and purchase.”
As the Director of Strategy and Development, Robyn Novak will bring more than 20-years of award-winning work creating retailing & hospitality environments to AGAR. Previously, Novak was the lifestyle practice leader for Nelson, where she led the vision and strategic development for the retail, hospitality, and entertainment sectors working with clients like Levi’s, American Girl, T-Mobile, DSW, Sephora, and more.
“I am excited to join the AGAR team, bringing my passion in leveraging design as a method to transform businesses, build brands and create connections”, said Robyn Novak, director of strategy and development at AGAR. “AGAR’s focus on creating holistic activations uniquely positions us to create retail and brand experiences that inspire action and drive brand loyalty.”
