Ateme Appoints Bubble Agency as Its Global PR and Social Media Agency

by | Apr 22, 2022

Ateme, a global leader in video compression, delivery and streaming solutions with innovation at its core, has appointed Bubble Agency, the global PR, marketing and events specialist for the media and entertainment technology and services sectors, as its PR and social media agency of record to provide global PR and social media services. The announcement follows a competitive pitch process among several leading B2B tech agencies in the sector.

Headquartered in France, Ateme enables thousands of the world’s leading content owners, broadcasters and service providers to captivate their audiences with a superior quality of experience through multi-codec encoding, any-format origin/packaging, scalable cloud DVR, audience-aware CDN and revenue-generating dynamic ad insertion solutions.

Following Ateme’s acquisition of content delivery specialist Anevia in 2020 as a means to address the growing IPTV and OTT opportunity, Ateme is now aiming to increase its global visibility as a provider of complete end-to-end solutions for video delivery – from compression up to CDN. Bubble Agency’s global press office reach will help raise the brand’s profile around the world, devising a targeted PR strategy that will impact content owners, broadcasters and service providers. As part of its ongoing retainer, Bubble Agency will also lead the social media strategy for the company, generating further visibility and expanding Ateme’s influence through its knowledge and expertise daily.

Silvia Candido, Marketing Communications Director, Ateme, said, “It is a very exciting time for Ateme. With our recent growth and service expansion we are looking ahead to new opportunities in a post-pandemic market, and we are confident that Bubble Agency is the perfect partner to help us grow our presence globally. We were impressed by the team’s knowledge of the media and entertainment markets. The team has demonstrated that it has understood our vision and the objectives that we are looking to achieve for Ateme’s marketing strategy and business strategy this year.”

Sadie Groom, CEO, Bubble Agency, said, “Ateme has a stellar reputation for technical excellence and innovation. It is a fast-moving, forward-thinking company that chimes perfectly with our way of working and our agency values. We are honoured by the opportunity to work together and contribute to Ateme’s success through our solid industry expertise.”
