While Soulsight currently supports clients from its Chicago-based office of more than 75 employees in both regions, like Nike, Central Garden & Pet, Fox TV on the West Coast and PepsiCo, Campbell’s, Mondelēz, and professional sports leagues on the East Coast, having a physical presence in major cities will allow the agency to provide an enhanced level of service for clients. In addition, with Soulsight’s design strategy relying heavily on human insights, having employees on the ground in each market allows the firm to be immersed in each of these distinctive cultural hubs, while also offering clients a more collaborative and hands-on experience.
Fueled by growth in key categories like emerging, athletic/active lifestyle apparel on the West Coast and luxury lifestyle brands, spirits and pharmaceutical on the East Coast, Soulsight is planning to add to its talent roster. In its Los Angeles office, the agency will be hiring roles in digital, animation, e-gaming and sustainable/industrial design and social strategy, lifestyle/fashion, environmental design talent to its New York City office.
