Hayley Brooks was invited to participate in the University of Pennsylvania’s Professional Women’s Alliance (PWA) Career Roundtable on Wednesday, November 6. PWA produced the event along with Penn’s Office of Career Services, as well as the Penn student group, The Women in Leadership Series (WIL).
Brooks, the Founder of Storyline and the Storyteller for BoardroomPR—and the head of its New York office— is an alumna of the university, having graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and in Cinema Studies. As a creative writer, producer, and storytelling consultant, she helps a range of individuals—from high school seniors to CEOs—craft their narratives into storylines tailored towards their respective goals.
Brooks will join other successful female alumni from Penn’s School of Arts and Sciences in a roundtable discussion on the wide variety of career paths one can take with a liberal arts degree.
“I am truly humbled to return to my alma mater in this capacity,” Brooks said in a statement. “Current students need to see what an unconventional, creative profession can look like, and I am honored to serve as an example.”
