Fort Lauderdale-based BoardroomPR announced that it’s the award recipient of two Bulldog PR Awards! The two awards include the Gold Prize for Best Use of Influencers for the work completed for client Bento Asian Kitchen and Sushi and the Silver Prize for Best Crisis Management Campaign for client Munilla Construction Management (MCM).
“For the Bento Asian Kitchen and Sushi influencer campaign, our goal was to increase knowledge and understanding of the brand using Instagram influencers. We conducted extensive research on influencers in various categories including foodies, health and fitness. We also used social media analytics to determine traffic, engagement and followers,” said Julie Talenfeld, BoardroomPR president.
The MCM crisis team managed a complex and challenging national crisis situation utilizing all of our traditional and online skillsets. “This was a 24/7 operation for more than two weeks and continued for several months. BoardroomPR adopted a strategy of transparency—to be honest and forthright with the media, while working to overturn fraudulent and erroneous news and postings,” said Don Silver, BoardroomPR COO.
BoardroomPR thanks its amazing team of award-winning publicists and social media stars who worked tirelessly to make these campaigns successful!
The 30-year-old integrated marketing agency also received the “Stars of PR” Bulldog Award in 2017 for the “Agency That Gets Results.”
The Bulldog Awards recognizes the most outstanding public relations and communications campaigns throughout the US and Canada. For 2018’s round, there were categories ranging from Best Crisis Management to Best Green Campaign and everything in between. Each submission is judged using a scoring system that can total up to 40 points for best meeting the following criteria: goals, strategies, execution, results and innovation. Each award is then given a gold, silver or bronze prize for each of the categories.
