broadhead, an independent, full-service agency based in Minneapolis, expanded its leadership team with new-hire Sören Erickson, Vice President, Account Director and the promotion of John Walker from Creative Director to Vice President, Creative Director.
Erickson will help lead The Mosaic Company and CHS accounts, applying agriculture and b2b knowledge gained from Padilla, Cargill and most recently, Syngenta.
“Erickson’s combination of corporate ag and agency experience will allow him to navigate broadhead and our client roster efficiently,” said Beth Burgy, President.
Walker’s promotion to VP comes after over a decade of creative work for broadhead. His contributions have helped to shape the agency culture and the talent it attracts.
“A lot has changed since broadhead’s founding in 2001, but John remains a talented mentor and member of our team that embodies the type of passion we look to instill in all of our employees,” said Burgy.
The addition of Erickson and Walker increases the size of broadhead’s leadership team from eight people to ten. Led by founder and CEO, Dean Broadhead, the agency continues to grow with over a dozen new employees welcomed since the beginning of the year, strengthening its teams across its strategy and planning department, Rabbit; public relations and media department, Engage; as well as its creative department.
