Buffalo Groupe, LLC announces two key leadership promotions

Buffalo Groupe, LLC, a collection of agencies and media properties, announced two executive promotions to best support its evolution and strategic vision.

Emily Clark has been named the first Chief Operating Officer for Buffalo Groupe. She will be responsible for the execution of the company’s vision and strategy and leading all operating entities of Buffalo Groupe including Buffalo Agency, Rawle Murdy and 54 BrandsLauren Nodzak has been named Managing Director for Buffalo Agency, second in the agency’s 20-year history, responsible for the vision and day-to-day operations of Buffalo Agency.

“We have taken enormous strides in the execution of our strategy in a very short time and Emily and Lauren have played critical roles in that development,” said Kyle Ragsdale, CEO, Buffalo Groupe.  “Our vision is clear and having the right organizational structure and leadership in place will continue to drive us forward. This is a pivotal time for Buffalo Groupe and I am confident in Emily and Lauren’s ability to lead our company into the future.”

Clark joined Buffalo Groupe at its inception serving as Senior Vice President, Head of People and Culture, playing a key role in integrating three acquired companies in its first year since formation. Prior to Buffalo, she was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Billy Casper Golf, now Indigo Golf Partners, where she led the team and efforts to support the 160+ golf course portfolio and the corporate brand. With nearly 20 years of sales and marketing experience, her leadership, strategic vision and commitment to the core values of Buffalo will spearhead the evolution of the company and continue to build Buffalo Groupe as a top place to work.

Nodzak joined Buffalo shortly after its inception serving as Buffalo Agency’s Senior Vice President, Head of Client Strategy & Service. Prior to Buffalo, she was the Director of External Communications and Influencer Engagement for Pernod Ricard USA, where she led public relations and influencer marketing for all brands in the US spirits portfolio. A PR Week’s 40 Under 40 recipient, her strategic approach to client service and organizational leadership, mixed with her extensive career in communications and marketing, has her well positioned to lead the growth and innovation of Buffalo Agency.
