by | Jul 18, 2018

Caffeine and Octane, an integrated automotive media brand and host of the nation’s largest monthly car showcase, announces its partnership with Trevelino/Keller, a full-service, digital public relations and marketing firm. On the heels of its global TV distribution agreement with NBC Universal, Caffeine and Octane tasked Trevelino/Keller with enhancing the brand and its assets to drive awareness from potential partners and sponsors.

In its 12th year, the leading automotive lifestyle brand reaches millions of auto enthusiasts annually through its events, television show and digital programming. This breadth of assets makes Caffeine and Octane an ideal partner for companies seeking custom packages to reach target audiences on-air, online and in-person. The critically acclaimed Caffeine and Octane television show is currently filming its third season, premiering August 7 at 8 p.m. on the NBC Sports Network. Known for its compelling storytelling, the show features some of the most unique custom, classic and exotic vehicles in the world and the owners that drive them.

“The organic growth we have experienced globally in the past couple of years has been truly remarkable. With visitors attending our events from as far away as New Zealand, Japan and India, and now global distribution for the TV show, it was time for us to invest in a marketing partner to increase our visibility with media and potential partners,” says Bruce Piefke, CEO of Caffeine and Octane. “We selected Trevelino/Keller based on its one-stop-shop capability to assist us with all of our PR, creative and digital needs.”

Trevelino/Keller brings 15 years of experience in brand reputation, as well as public relations and digital strategy, to the partnership. Leveraging the firm’s rich experience in the automotive and consumer lifestyle space, including supporting clients such as Carvana, SKULLY Technologies and Wheego, Caffeine and Octane engaged Trevelino/Keller to increase awareness and support the brand as it seeks to transition from an event-driven company to a fully integrated media enterprise.

“The vast network Caffeine and Octane has built is unmatched in the automotive space. From its 17 annual events to its active social channels and highly rated TV show, it had established itself as a premier event and entertainment company,” shares Genna Keller, principal at Trevelino/Keller. “We are tasked with taking all of Caffeine and Octane’s impressive assets and help package them up in digestible content to bolster its partnerships and sponsorships. Via strategic direction, targeted media relations and creative resources we’re confident we can help the brand adjust to meet today’s integrated landscape.”
