Demonstrate PR Opens New York City Office, Promotes Victoria Rainone to Managing Director

by | Apr 8, 2019

Demonstrate PR, a San Francisco-based boutique marketing and communications agency, announced the opening of its second office in New York City. The office joins the agency’s existing HQ, and was a natural fit given its leadership among better-for-you consumer and lifestyle, hospitality and consumer technology brands. The opening formalizes the independently owned agency’s commitment to continued growth.

The firm also announced the appointment of Victoria Rainone, a Demonstrate PR veteran, as managing director, New York reporting to CEO Joey Hodges. Under her leadership, Rainone will oversee new business development, account strategy, operational oversight and fostering team development.

“Demonstrate PR has always been ahead of the curve as the world of brand storytelling and effective communication constantly evolves around us,” said Rainone. “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to expand our presence and help serve our client partners coast to coast.”

Rainone joined the agency from Ketchum in 2015 and has since worked on a variety of integrated communications programs, including public relations, brand communications development and marketing. Most recently, she held an account director position, where she led client marketing and communications strategies, partnerships, and account team management for a myriad of client partners in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.

Her subject matter expertise spans a variety of industries ranging from food, health, wellness, and lifestyle, to consumer tech and sustainability. Rainone has worked extensively with prominent consumer brands including Weight Watchers, Frito-Lay and Avocados from Mexico, and most recently Swisse Wellness, and is also adept at helping fledgling startup corporations and non-profits establish their footing in the marketplace.

“Victoria’s breadth of knowledge and vast communications experience in both large and boutique agency environments make her the perfect lead for our fast-growing team in New York. Her strategic leadership and fresh perspective to the creative, dynamic, innovative campaigns that shape storytelling on behalf of our clients is unparalleled. I’m thrilled to elevate her in this role,” said Hodges.
