Dhar Mann Studios has named Regina Kozakiewicz as its new Head of Audience Development and Insights, bringing a decade of experience growing audiences and shaping video strategies across YouTube and social platforms. She’s worked across agencies, publishers, and brands, giving her a wide lens on what drives performance. Now, she brings that expertise to Dhar Mann Studios – the largest scripted content channel on YouTube and social media.
She began her career at the video agency Touchstorm, where she spent five years developing strategies for Fortune 500 clients including P&G, Sony, T-Mobile, Toyota, and more. It was a hands-on crash course in all things digital video, from YouTube best practices and SEO to influencer marketing, campaign execution, and performance analytics. What started as simply publishing and optimizing videos soon evolved into leading larger strategic initiatives: partnering with AskDes on T-Mobile’s YouTube channel to develop the “Epic Unboxings” series, localizing P&G’s global “Thank You Mom” Olympic campaign for international audiences, and launching how-to content for Sony Alpha Universe to promote the release of the Sony A7R IV camera. The agency setting offered a front-row seat to the fast-paced world of branded content, and a chance to touch every part of the process.
From there, Regina moved into publishing, joining Hearst Magazines in 2020 as Senior Director of Audience Growth & Analytics. As part of a centralized editorial insights team, she led cross-platform strategy and social programming across YouTube, TikTok, Hearst sites, and other key platforms for a wide-ranging portfolio that included Cosmopolitan, Harper’s BAZAAR, ELLE, Men’s Health, Delish, and more. With a shift toward entertainment and celebrity-driven storytelling, she partnered with teams to develop new franchises, award show coverage, and content distribution strategies. She also helped build scalable workflows for short-form video and led efforts to automate performance tracking and reporting, creating systems that enabled teams to surface insights faster and make smarter content decisions. In 2022, she was recognized with a Spotlight Award from Hearst Magazines’ President, Debi Chirichella, for her contributions to the company.
Most recently, she served as Director of YouTube Strategy at Dotdash Meredith, where she helped shape the video roadmap for high-profile titles including People, Entertainment Weekly, Allrecipes, and InStyle. She then made the move into the creator world, bringing her audience development and digital video expertise to Dhar Mann Studios.
At Dhar Mann Studios, Regina is focused on driving the next phase of growth.
