Michelle Mekky, Founder and CEO of Mekky Media Relations, was recently awarded the Professional of the Year Award at PRSA’s 2023 Skyline Awards.
Michelle’s contributions to the PR industry, particularly in Chicago, reach beyond agency success, and that’s what makes her a perfect representation for Professional of the Year. She is an active mentor for early and future professionals both at Mekky Media and throughout the city.
She has spoken at DePaul University as a panelist for PRelevated’s 2023 Midwest District Conference and is a proud partner of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, her alma mater.
