Fox Agency doubles down on US growth with new hires and enhanced capabilities

The UK-owned integrated marketing firm continues to expand its US business with three new hires and expanded service offerings

NEW YORK (July 9, 2024)Fox Agency, a leading global B2B tech marketing and public relations agency, today announced its continued growth in the United States with the appointments of Chau Wang as US head of media; Raven Carpenter as US public relations director; and Romario Martin as US head of paid search.

The new hires bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and passion to the Fox Agency team.

Chau Wang, US head of media, has 13 years paid media experience, having previously worked as the US head of media operations with The Marketing Practice. Wang was also previously contracted as a Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Partner Manager. As a self-proclaimed “media nerd”, Wang is adept at leveraging paid media to create a meaningful customer journey for clients.

“In joining Fox Agency, I’m most interested in working with clients to create a strong media presence that can help them achieve their objectives,” Wang said. “By fostering a culture of trust and collaboration, I am confident we’ll not only exceed expectations but also solidify the best media outcomes.”

Raven Carpenter, US public relations director, comes to Fox Agency with nearly a decade of public relations experience, including four years of B2B technology experience. Raven has sharpened her PR skills over the years in agency and non-profit roles, including prior positions with BLASTmedia, Edelman and the McGaw YMCA. She’s also passionate about infusing diversity, equity and inclusion into every aspect of her job.

“Being boots on the ground for this new US endeavour is exhilarating and gives me an opportunity to flex my entrepreneurial muscles,” Carpenter said. “Joining the company at this stage of the US business gives us the opportunity to be agile and build a business model that not only adapts to the rapidly evolving B2B tech market but also champions diversity and inclusion as drivers of innovation and growth.”

Romario Martin, US head of paid search, joins Fox Agency with almost a decade of digital marketing experience, including five years in B2B paid search. Previously, Martin worked with B2B tech clients as a US paid search director with The Marketing Practice. As a passionate, data-driven decision-maker, he’s had experience developing and executing paid advertising campaigns throughout North America. Martin holds an MBA from Rider University.

“I look forward to expanding Fox’s US paid search team and driving scalable growth and ROI for our clients,” Martin said. “Through the implementation of advanced and innovative global paid search strategies, I intend to create a meaningful impact for Fox Agency’s clients.”
