French/West/Vaughan (FWV), the nation’s 15th largest independently held public relations and integrated marketing agency, announced five new hires in public relations/account service and social media, illustrating the agency’s continued and rapid growth as many companies and brands ramp up marketing efforts.
Kelly Blake joins the agency with over 20 years of experience in the sports, outdoors, consumer product goods and beverage industries. Her work spans from managing international brands to start-ups, on the agency side and in-house as a client. In her role as Senior Counsel at CGPR in the greater Boston area, she will oversee key accounts, support media relations and strategically assist the FWV-CGRP team with business development and client counsel. Blake earned a degree in telecommunications and film from the University of Oregon.
Keira Rowland joins FWV as a Social Media Manager and will focus on developing robust social content plans for a wide range of clients. With nine years of social media and influencer marketing experience under her belt, Rowland previously worked as Associate Director of Social Media at Urban Skin Rx, Integrated Marketing Manager at Memebox, and Social Media Marketing Manager at Sephora in San Francisco. Rowland graduated from the University of San Francisco with a bachelor’s degree in advertising, and also studied art history at Smith College in Northampton, Mass.
FWV welcomes Caroline Crofton as a Social Media Specialist. She will contribute to content development and execution, along with tracking, boosting, reporting and community management for clients across the agency’s portfolio. Crofton graduated from NC State University with a degree in English.
Julia Wholey comes to FWV as an Assistant Account Executive, previously from The Rockport Group, where she worked for the sandal brand, Reef. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Endicott College and began her PR career with an internship at CGPR.
Sarah Bellinger will serve as an Account Coordinator, providing support to a variety of the agency’s travel and tourism and FWV Fetching clients. She has held previous internships in communications and PR, most recently with McKinney. Bellinger graduated magna cum laude from Elon University with a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications.
