Havas PR Promotes Bre Stephens and Jacob Gnieski In Pittsburgh Office

by | Oct 12, 2018

Havas PR announced the promotions of Bre Stephens to senior account executive and Jacob Gnieski to assistant account executive.

Stephens joined Havas in August 2015 and has been delivering strong results ever since. Her vast technical knowledge and strong media relations skills have made her a vital member of several client teams, including Covestro, Bayer AG and MilliporeSigma. A day-to-day contact for many clients, Stephens is also a mentor to junior team members, onboarding them as well as guiding them through a variety of projects. Additionally, her excellent work has been recognized by the community: She received the 2018 Rising Star Renaissance Award from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Pittsburgh chapter.

“Bre continues to take on an increasing number of responsibilities at Havas—delivering effective programs and strong results without missing a beat,” said Katie McSorley, Mid-Atlantic president of Havas PR. “We are extremely proud to have her as part of our team.”

Gnieski joined Havas in October 2017, rapidly adapting to agency and client demands. Skilled at media relations and marketing communications, Gnieski is an integral part of the LivaNova client team. He has also contributed to the Gout & Uric Acid Education Society and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. client teams, further growing his specialization in the healthcare industry. Active in the community, Gnieski was recently elected to the board of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Pittsburgh chapter, where he serves as a member of the marketing communications committee.

“Proactive, media-savvy and able to turn around quality work quickly, Jacob is a tremendous asset to our team,” McSorley said.
