BOULDER, CO (September 11, 2025) – IPREX, the top global network of independent communications and public relations agencies, will host its 2025 Americas Regional Conference (ARC) in Boulder, Colorado, bringing together over twenty agency leaders from across the region – from Denver to Mexico City and beyond.
Held September 10–12 at the Moxy Boulder, the conference theme, Peaks and Valleys: Agencies at the Crossroads of Evolution and Sustainability, reflects the opportunities and challenges agencies face in navigating growth, client expectations, and long-term impact.
The program features a mix of regional perspectives, global insights, and hands-on experiences. Highlights include:
- Tyri Squyres, Vice President of Marketing at Frontier Airlines, sharing how the Denver-based carrier has built brand strength while expanding to more than 100 destinations.
- Richard Khleif, PhD, longtime tech industry leader and educator at the University of Colorado and University of Denver, discussing the responsible use of AI in business strategy and communications.
- Laura Snider, NCAR/UCAR Manager of Science Communications, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how Boulder’s world-leading atmospheric science institutions communicate climate and environmental research.
The agenda also includes tours of the University of Colorado Boulder, Chautauqua Park, and the National Center for Atmospheric Research, along with dinners at Highland City Club and Growing Gardens – showcasing Boulder’s blend of culture, community, and sustainability.
“In Boulder, a city shaped by innovation, the environment, and research, our agencies will take on the discussions we need to have as an industry — from AI to how we operate and grow mindfully in today’s economy,” said Alexandra Mayhew, Executive Director of IPREX.
“Hosting the Americas Regional Conference here in my hometown is especially meaningful. It’s a chance to share Boulder’s spirit of curiosity and collaboration with our partners, and to connect them with the ideas and energy that make this community unique.”
