Lippe Taylor, the New York-based PR and Digital Marketing agency,announced the hiring of Manvir Kalsi as the agency’s new SVP, Insights & Planning. Kalsi brings both client and agency experience, most notably as a long-time research and insights leader at Samsung Electronics America. At Lippe Taylor, he will be leading the Insights & Planning team, which includes analytics, qualitative and quantitative research and customized strategic solutions for clients.
This hire continues the significant investment in senior talent that has helped bolster the firm to record growth in analytics and record revenue for the agency in 2019. Lippe Taylor is now positioned for its fifth consecutive year of double-digit growth.

Manvir Kalsi spent over ten years at Samsung Electronics America in roles that spanned from Regional Head of Consumer Market & Insights to Head of Research, North America Innovation. In his time at Samsung, Kalsi designed growth-opportunity based segmentations to support marketing strategy; standardized a research process to manage “end-to-end” innovation projects including ideation, prototype development, consumer validation, opportunity assessment, concept selection and go-to-market plans; and oversaw all research for Mobile, IoT, Home Entertainment, Home Appliance, and Mobile Computing categories. Prior to Samsung, he was a research analyst at Knowledge Networks (GFK) where his clients included Novartis, Pepsi, Burger King, Procter & Gamble, Colgate, Home Depot, SIRIUS, Walmart and CarMax. He has been recognized with a David Ogilvy Award and the TMRE EXPLOR Award.
Kalsi will report into Lori Rubinson, the agency’s Chief Integration Officer who oversees the firm’s integrated offerings, including influencer marketing, analytics, earned media, strategy and planning.
Lippe Taylor was recently recognized for its industry-leading earning media measurement capabilities. The Hypatia® Earned Media Measurement platform was named the 2019 Measurement Innovation of the Year by the Holmes Report. Kalsi will also be leveraging and leading development efforts for StarlingAI®, the agency’s artificial intelligence and computer vision-based model for matching influencers to brands and measuring their network effect. Kalsi will work with Rubinson to ensure the agency’s analytics and insights services are best utilized to provide maximum value to all of Lippe Taylor’s clients.
