by | Mar 2, 2023

Bliss Bio Health, an AI-infused life sciences marketing and communications firm, announces the appointment of industry-veteran Lisa Davidson as Executive Vice President and lead for client services and global business development, located in the firm’s New York City office.

“I am thrilled that our team and clients will benefit from Lisa’s deep experience in working ‘from atom to access’ with both integrated agency teams and healthcare companies in a wide range of disease areas,” said Gloria Vanderham, CEO of Bliss Bio Health. “Lisa will help us redefine the life sciences and healthcare marketing communications landscape.”

Lisa Davidson is a respected healthcare public relations leader with more than 25 years of experience working with some of the most admired and impactful companies across the changing healthcare landscape. She was previously Global Managing Director at Havas Health & You and has worked in leadership positions at BCW, Burson-Marsteller and Porter Novelli. Davidson brings expertise in pre-clinical and clinical educational campaigns, advocacy development, product marketing, medical devices, reputation, and issues management.

“I’m excited to join Bliss Bio Health and the extended Next Practices Group Health leadership team at a time when technology can help shift communications to better meet the needs of patients and providers alike,” said Davidson. “Like so many of us, I’ve navigated healthcare journeys as a patient and a caregiver, so working with this team dedicated to improving and preserving health is meaningful.”

The appointment follows the announcement (link to announcement) in January that Gloria Vanderham will lead both Next Practices Group Health (NPGH) and Bliss Bio Health as Chief Executive Officer to help clients across the health continuum disrupt the healthcare ecosystem and remove barriers to optimal care with an unrelenting focus on the whole person and their health journey.

Bliss Bio Health, a Next Practices Group Health firm, focuses on marketing communications and storytelling for discovery and early science, clinical trial recruitment, R&D research, commercialization, product launches, digital health educational programs and campaigns and patient access, adherence, and reimbursement. The firm unites strategies for clients, spots trends in the industry, enables collaboration with new partners and facilitates fully integrated innovative advertising, marketing, public affairs, and communications programs.
