Fast-growing integrated agency extends ownership to senior leaders with key responsibilities for helping clients win
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA – July 25, 2023 – Integrated marketing agency Luquire today announced that President Stephanie Spicer and Chief Creative Officer Glen Hilzinger have been named partners in the firm, joining co-founder and Chairman Steve Luquire and his son, CEO Brooks Luquire, as equity owners. Details were not disclosed.
The move comes on the heels of one of the 39-year-old agency’s most successful years ever, thanks to several new account wins and solid organic growth from existing clients that led to a commensurate increase in employee headcount.

Spicer joined Luquire in 2012 and served as director of strategy before being named president in 2021. She continues to play a pivotal strategic role by providing thoughtful guidance to the agency’s clients, in addition to overseeing all of the agency’s service offerings including creative development, media strategy and execution, public relations, digital development, analytics, social media and content creation.

Hilzinger came to Luquire in 2019 from Detroit, where he worked with such renowned agencies as Leo Burnett, Doner Advertising and J. Walter Thompson. Recognized as one of the world’s top 10 copywriters by Ad Age’s Creativity, Hilzinger has transformed Luquire’s approach to creative work, earning numerous awards and new client opportunities with smart, captivating and memorable campaigns for the agency’s such clients.
