Trident DMG, the Washington, D.C.-based strategic, crisis and litigation communications firm, announces the following new hires:
Peter Kadushin joins Trident DMG as a Vice President. A veteran of corporate and political and labor communications and newsrooms, Peter most recently led Amazon’s global PR and issues management communications for topics such as counterfeit products, fake reviews, product liability, and intellectual property, among other issues. Before Amazon, Peter built a formidable reputation as a top advisor to some of the nation’s highest-profile mayors, serving as communications chief for then-Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms (now Senior Advisor to President Biden in the White House) and Senior Advisor and Communications Director for Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan. He also served as Deputy Communications Director to then-New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio. In all of these roles, Peter worked as a key strategist on day-to-day and proactive communications, crisis issues, and rapid response, frequently on the national stage. He began his career as a reporter at the New York Post and New York Daily News. A New York City native, Peter is a graduate of the New School in New York City.
Abby Kleman joins Trident DMG as an Assistant Account Manager. Abby helps clients with a full range of communications needs, from strategic to crisis to litigation communications. She previously interned at Trident DMG for a full year before joining the team full-time after graduating from American University in May 2022. A native of Pennsylvania, Abby previously served as a press intern for U.S. Senator Chris Coons of Delaware.
