North 6th Agency, Inc. (N6A), an award-winning communications and social media agency based in New York City and Toronto, announced that Executive Vice President Daniela Mancinelli has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), a new position within N6A.
In her new position, Mancinelli will oversee senior management teams across service, talent, sales and marketing departments. Mancinelli will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across N6A’s offices in New York, Toronto and Boulder. Mancinelli will report into N6A CEO Matt Rizzetta, and will support vision and strategy on N6A’s expansion initiatives.

Mancinelli joined N6A as Vice President in 2015, and most recently served as Executive Vice President, a position she has held since December 2016. As Executive Vice President, Mancinelli was responsible for overseeing N6A’s public relations and social media service departments, with leadership from N6A’s New York and Toronto offices reporting into her.
Mancinelli was instrumental in the development of several signature N6A programs, including N6A’s proprietary KPI software platform, customer ranking system, and Pace Points, a first-of-its kind customized rewards program for N6A employees.
