Osborn Barr Promotes Amy Kaczynski to VP, Integrated Marketing and Engagement, and Steve Kozel to Group Strategy Director

Osborn Barr(O+B | P), a marketing communications agency with offices in St. Louis, Kansas City and Nashville, announces two senior-level leadership promotions.

Amy Kaczynskihas been promoted to Vice President, Integrated Marketing and Engagement, and Steve Kozelhas been promoted to Group Strategy Director.

“This year, we want to ensure we have top talent leading our team and guiding our overall strategy,” said Rhonda Ries, president of O+B | P. “Steve and Amy are both natural leaders with a passion for excellence. Their backgrounds in integrated marketing and strategy will integrate into strong plans for our clients that produce measurable results.”

Previously as Director of Integrated Media, Kaczynski was responsible for the agency’s media team, focusing on paid strategies for clients across all three O+B | P offices. In her new role as VP of Integrated Marketing and Engagement, she will continue to lead media offerings, with the addition of expanding and elevating the agency’s presence in the digital space including development, community management and email strategy. With 15 years’ experience in creating and implementing holistic marketing plans, Kaczynski takes a client-first approach in order to ensure all elements ladder up to clear, measurable results.

As Group Strategy Director, Kozel will lead the agency’s expanded strategy department, installing specialized core strategy functions (brand, comms, content, digital and UX) and supporting analytical functions (research, data, effectiveness and digital analytics) to deliver outcome-focused strategy for clients. In his previous role as Insights Director, Kozel led research, strategy and analysis across the agency’s client portfolio, while developing the agency’s “Farmers of Tomorrow” project, a research-driven, thought leadership initiative focused on the next generation of agriculture.
