PAN Communications, an integrated marketing and PR agency for B2B tech and healthcare brands, today announced that it is launching its corporate philanthropy program, PANcares. This year, PAN is focused on partnering with three organizations to help improve the lives of children and teens who are affected by homelessness. This formal program is an expansion of PAN’s existing philanthropic efforts. The program’s mission is to elevate the firm’s community engagement, pro bono work and employee volunteer initiatives united under the cause of youth homelessness.
According to the National Center for Family Homelessness, more than 2.5 million children are currently affected by homelessness in the U.S.—and that number continues to grow. With the launch of PANcares, PAN is putting its expertise in integrated marketing and PR to good use, unified behind a cause to drive impact within the community and help to end the tragedy of youth homelessness. PAN is partnering with local organizations in each region, including the MA Coalition for the Homeless, Covenant House Orlando and Covenant House California, to support their efforts with the youth homeless population.

We’re eager to take our philanthropic efforts to the next level with PANcares, partnering with commendable organizations to raise awareness and do our part in mitigating the heart-wrenching effects of youth homelessness.”
PANcares will provide monthly pro bono PR services to partner organizations in each region, supporting local media relations efforts around fundraisers, mission statements, campaigns and events. PAN will also help to increase general awareness for the effects of youth homelessness and promote ways to support the cause. In addition to pro bono PR work, all employees at PAN Communications will have the opportunity to get involved through group volunteer activities where they are able to directly help the homeless community. Some of the activities will include attending events and fundraisers, supporting in-kind donation drives, and helping to build beds for homeless children. PAN encourages employees to get involved and promotes community service by offering paid time off during the week for these activities.
