by | Jan 11, 2018

London-based PHA Media announced it has been appointed by leading plus size retailer, Curvissa, to handle all press office and campaign activity for 2018. Curvissa is a specialist retailer of plus-size fashion, which caters for women in sizes 14–32, offering feel-good, high-quality product in a range of styles.

PHA Media was appointed after a competitive pitch process where the agency highlighted their wealth of contacts, creative thinking, integrated approach and understanding of the Curvissa customer.

PHA Media will handle all press office activity for the brand, which will include celebrity and influencer engagement, event management, product placement and social media campaigns.

Laura Sutherland, Brand Manager for Curvissa, commented: “Here at Curvissa we were really impressed with PHA’s creative thinking and the fact they really understood the brand. We felt that their proposal really encapsulated the fact that we want customers to feel good not only in their clothes, but in all aspects of their life. We’re really excited for the year ahead!”

Shelley Frosdick, Director of Consumer PR at PHA Media, commented: “Curvissa is a brand that truly understands its customers and is so much more than just a retailer. The campaign we will be launching will resonate with new and existing customers and demonstrate how passionate Curvissa is about making their customers feel good.  We are delighted to have Curvissa as a client alongside fellow Freemans Grattan Holdings fashion brand Kaleidoscope who we have worked with for several years.”
