Prosek Partners, an independent financial communications and public relations firm, announced the promotion of Josette Robinson to Managing Director and Chair of its Diversity and Inclusion Effort, and the appointment of Hal Bienstock to Managing Director.
Robinson has been a leader and champion of diversity and inclusion efforts at the firm for more than 10 years. In addition to leading and growing some of Prosek’s longest standing accounts, she has been integral in helping to build out the firm’s capabilities in the real estate investment space.
“Not only does Josey manage some of our longest and most successful client relationships, she’s found the time to mentor and manage many of her teammates in their careers. Her undying passion for people, community service and diversity and inclusion has been a leading force behind Prosek’s now formal programs Our culture is everything and Josey has been a leader in making sure our culture scales successfully as we grow,” said Jennifer Prosek, Managing Partner.
“Hal has proven to be an exceptional strategic communications counselor and a deep subject matter expert,” said Prosek. “As the financial services sector continues to embrace technology, Hal has helped our clients and our staff effectively navigate this new world.”
Robinson, based on her passion for helping others, founded Prosek’s “Give Back” efforts, which is a core part of the firm’s culture and an important program for its recruitment and retention efforts. She also works closely with the firm’s HR team on talent development initiatives and management training.
“Josey has been an integral part of our team for over a decade and has worked tirelessly to ensure that both her clients and her teams succeed,” added Caroline Gibson, Partner. “She is a true all-rounder—an exceptional media strategist, mentor and creative thinker—and we are thrilled to have her as part of the senior management team.”
“I’ve been incredibly lucky to work with, and learn from some of the best people in the business at Prosek,” Robinson added. “I’m excited to take on this new role and contribute to the phenomenal growth the firm continues to experience.”
Robinson joined Prosek in 2004. Prior to joining, she worked within the consumer/lifestyle sector working on variety of household name brands. She is a graduate of Arthur Page’s Future Leaders program and as part of that is an active member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
In addition to his account work, Bienstock has also been a driving force in developing Prosek’s Storytelling Workshops, helping executives uncover the stories within their organizations and deliver them effectively to influential audiences including media, customers and prospects.
