Publicists. Strategists. Storytellers. Introducing RHC: Rachel Harrison Communications, a new full-service public relations and multichannel marketing firm founded by Rachel Harrison. Former CoFounder of award-winning public relations agency, Lion & Lamb Communications, Harrison will helm the New York City-based firm, which will also launch with representation in Los Angeles, London, Boston, and Mexico City.
From public relations to strategic partnerships, integrated marketing to content creation, the firm will offer a full suite of communication services, including a robust online strategy division known as RHC Digital. Harrison and her team bring decades of experience to clients across the Travel & Hospitality, Wine & Spirits, Health & Sustainability and Technology industries.
“Over the last two decades, we’ve seen the communications space change drastically. During the past few months, we’ve seen the world change,” says Harrison. “During a time of great uncertainty, our agency will fill a gap for many businesses facing unprecedented challenges. RHC is ready to meet this moment.”
RHC’s digital division reflects a need for more holistic public relations and marketing strategies that will set clients up for success, and many of RHC’s clients speak to the agency’s focus on innovation. These include DineOut NYC, the Rockwell Group’s pro bono project with NYC Hospitality Alliance; Scientific Fire Prevention, a company that builds and maintains modern filtration and air ventilation systems; and Optec, a company that provides green technologies around the world.
The agency’s growing roster of clients also includes: Eastwind Hotel & Bar, Greydon House Nantucket, Greydon Hotel Group, Casa Salles, Absolut Elyx, Bedford Post Inn, Hudson Valley Marshmallow Company, Blackened Whiskey, 74 Wythe, Cooper Spirits, Laws Whiskey House, Dutch’s Spirits, El Tequileno, Studio 11 Design and more.
RHC Digital launches with a creative team that has worked on clients including Arlo Hotels, InterContinental, Rosewood Hotels and Resorts, Virgin Hotels, and Waldorf Astoria. Harrison and the team’s digital strategy experience runs the gamut from social media marketing for Robert De Niro’s VDKA 6100, Pernod Ricard, Atlas Obscura, and HeBS to creating Buy Now, Stay Later, a multichannel revenue-generating campaign for global hotels hit hard by Covid-19.
As part of RHC Digital’s capabilities, services will include social media, content marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, website design and development, and creative production.
“As excited as I am about the launch,” Harrison says, “the real excitement comes from developing multi-faceted strategies to help our clients weather challenges during this time and thrive in the long term.”
