Radioactive PR Retained by WhoCanFixMyCar.com, Adds Jade Jackson-Newman as Senior Account Director

by | Feb 1, 2018

Growing agency Radioactive PR is celebrating after adding another leading tech company to its growing client family. After doubling its turnover year-on-year, Radioactive PR will be working with WhoCanFixMyCar.com, the biggest car service and repair marketplace in the UK.

With a network of more than 10,500 garages, including independent workshops, fast-fit chains, mobile mechanics and franchise dealers, drivers can compare quotes, reviews and accreditations of the best local garages online, before booking in for the service or repair that suits best. WhoCanFixMyCar.com aims to demystify and modernize an industry that has remained mostly-offline.

Radioactive PR will provide strategic and creative PR and media relations support for WhoCanFixMyCar.com, alongside press office activity to drive traffic to the site in a bid to attract new users and garages to sign-up. All activity will be underpinned with Radioactive PR’s expertise in PR for SEO.

WhoCanFixMyCar.com joins the growing roster of Radioactive PR’s global clients, including the likes of ‘Real-life Iron Man’ Richard Browning and Gravity, Bath Rugby, online networking platform for parents, childcare providers and schools Childcare.co.uk, and personal training brand Ultimate Performance Fitness.

Off the back of this, and previous client wins at the end of 2017, Radioactive PR has also hired senior account director, Jade Jackson-Newman—a hire that sees the team at double the size of this time last year.

Radioactive PR founder Rich Leigh said, “We have had a phenomenal start to the year so far and are very happy to be working with WhoCanFixMyCar.com. They are an ambitious company, and given the site already has already had just shy of 1 million quotes through the site, between mechanics, garages and drivers, there’s every reason they can become a household name. There’s so much data to get creative with, which probably excites us all the most!

“I’m also chuffed to have made another senior hire at the agency, welcoming Jade into the fold. It’s crazy to think that in under a year we’ve doubled the team, and thanks to our amazing clients – existing, new and prospective—2018 shows no sign of our growth slowing down. I have my sights set on being among the top 150 UK PR agencies by this time next year—and if all goes well, especially given some household name wins we can’t talk about just yet, it could be even sooner.”
