Reed Public Relations Announces Promotion, New Hires and Training Program

by | Jan 17, 2023

REED Public Relations—a full-service public relations and marketing agency— is celebrating exponential growth after hiring two new team members and promoting another. Tiffany Buchen is fulfilling the role of senior account manager, Natalie Brandenburg is fulfilling the role of office administrator and social media manager and Katie Miller is moving into the role of senior account manager.

“I couldn’t be happier to have all three of these talented women on the REED team,” said Lauren Reed, President & Founder of REED Public Relations. “The addition of these new roles along with our recent merger with Squeaky Wheel Public Relations and the creation of our Account Coordinator Training Program marks a significant amount of growth for REED. We are robustly staffed and generating more results for our clients than ever.”

Hailing from Maryland, Buchen obtained her degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising prior to starting a successful public relations agency, which focused on working with a variety of lifestyle clients. Buchen brings her love of the outdoors into her work by assisting with planning company retreats.

Brandenburg was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from San Francisco State University. Brandenburg brings her passion for photography and videography into the REED office by running the agency’s social media pages.

Miller, who joined REED Public Relations in 2020, hails from Greenville, South Carolina, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from Lipscomb University. As the champion of REED’s sustainability efforts, Miller constantly strives to make the world a better place in her workplace and personal time by advocating for the causes she believes in.

REED expects to see continued growth throughout 2023 as the agency implements a new Account Coordinator Training Program. Directed by the company’s leadership team, this program gives promising young public relations professionals a place to grow and learn crucial skills while on the job. This training program in turn allows REED to continue to grow by fostering relationships with young professionals. While exciting, this growth ultimately supports the firm’s overarching goal of helping brands communicate unique stories in compelling and original ways.

“REED is thrilled to be experiencing such positive and pivotal changes as the company moves into 2023,” Reed said. “The agency is enthusiastic about its continued evolution and we’re all eager to see the positive effects that these additions will have on the company’s future.”
