by | Jun 20, 2018

Rhea + Kaiser announced the promotion of Allison Saegebrecht to Executive Media Director and Head of Media Services.

In this role, Saegebrecht will lead an experienced group of strategically driven, results-oriented media experts. In addition to her department management responsibilities, she also will serve on the agency’s leadership team.

“Allison’s strength is strategy. She is dedicated to helping clients build extraordinary brands through media strategies and brand experiences that engage and inspire,” said R+K President/CEO Diane Martin. “Allison transforms traditional media mixes toward highly integrated, multiplatform communication plans that elevate consumer’s interactions with brands.”

Saegebrecht joined R+K in March 2016 as Media Strategy Director. She has nearly 20 years of strategic media planning experience at top agencies, such as FCB and OMD. Her category experience includes consumer packaged goods, agriculture, retail and quick-service restaurants, and she has led media strategy for leading global brands, such as Quaker Oats, Wrigley, Bayer, Pier 1 and McDonald’s.

“Allison also excels at leading cross-platform teams. Her passion for holistic communications planning and continual learning has enabled her to gain client confidence and build effective working relationships with our teams to deliver high productivity and solutions,” explained Martin. “In the short time she has been with R+K, Allison has shown that she has the vision, strategic orientation and energy to lead our Media Team.”

Saegebrecht succeeds retired Vice President, Media Director Patsy Comella, one of four original R+K employees when the agency started in May 1978.
