R&J Strategic Communications, a full-service integrated marketing and public relations agency, is excited to announce the promotion of Kaila Starita to Digital Account Coordinator.
In her new role at the agency, Kaila will continue to help develop and execute digital marketing strategies and assist in servicing client accounts. With her in-depth understanding of the digital marketplace, Kaila positions clients’ digital content in the channels most conducive to achieving maximum engagement with their audiences. Her social initiatives will tap into various industry disciplines including B2B, non-profit, commercial real estate and consumer goods for large and mid-sized businesses.
After joining R&J in February 2019 as a Social Media Intern, Kaila excelled in all facets of the position, and quickly proved to be an important asset to the company and its clients. Her ideas and motivation not only inspired colleagues, but it also contributed to improved results for the agency and its clients.

A resident of Monmouth Beach, NJ, Kaila graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.
