R&J Strategic Communications, a full-service integrated marketing and public relations agency, is excited to announce the promotion of Kaila Starita to Digital Account Coordinator.

In her new role at the agency, Kaila will continue to help develop and execute digital marketing strategies and assist in servicing client accounts. After joining R&J in February 2019 as a Social Media Intern, Kaila excelled in all facets of the position, and quickly proved to be an important asset to the company and its clients. Her ideas and motivation not only inspired colleagues, but it also contributed to improved results for the agency and its clients.

“In her time as a social media intern, Kaila has brought a fresh perspective and creative ideas to our work. Kaila’s thoughtful contributions have helped to strengthen both the quality and the breadth of digital services we are delivering to both our consumer and B2B clients,” said Tim Gerdes, Director of Digital Services at R&J Strategic Communications. “’I’m confident that in her new role, Kaila will help continue to expand the value of our digital services to our clients.”
