R&J Strategic Communications, a full-service integrated marketing and public relations agency, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kaila Starita to Digital Services Manager.
In her new role at R&J, Kaila will continue to build upon existing digital marketing strategies and develop opportunities tailored to the needs of the agency’s clients, providing strategic guidance to advance client goals. She will also continue to work closely with the agency’s PR and creative teams to create and execute digital strategies that are seamlessly woven into larger integrated marketing programs.
Since joining R&J in February 2019 as a Social Media Intern, Kaila has been an instrumental part of the agency’s digital services team, and critical to the growth of R&J, expanding its services to existing and new clients alike. Kaila’s secured the title of Digital Account Coordinator and most recently she served as Social Media Strategist and led the agency’s organic and paid digital marketing initiatives.

A resident of Whitehouse Station, NJ, Kaila graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.
