Sakrete Selects Trevelino/Keller to Drive Public Relations and Content Development Strategy

by | Mar 16, 2018

Sakrete, the first ready-mix bagged concrete company, announces its partnership with Trevelino/Keller, a full-service, digital public relations and marketing firm. Trevelino/Keller is tasked with increasing Sakrete’s brand awareness and supporting its marketing and sales efforts via media relations, content development, social media, and owned media management.

Founded in 1936, Sakrete was the first pre-mixed, just-add-water concrete product, revolutionizing the on-site need for strong, durable small-batch concrete. In doing so, Sakrete became the professional’s choice and decision industry experts could depend on.

“As the trusted choice for concrete, Sakrete is committed to excellence in providing dependable products for professional contractors,” says Kari Bush, Brand Manager of Sakrete. “By partnering with Trevelino/Keller, we are eager to take Sakrete to new heights with an agency that has extensive experience in the home and renovation industries.”

Trevelino/Keller brings 15 years of experience in brand reputation, as well as digital and social marketing, to the partnership. After seeing the results of Trevelino/Keller’s first year of partnership with Sakrete’s sister company, Belgard, the concrete brand feels the agency’s expertise and drive aligns with its own.

“As Sakrete continues to solidify its status as a leader in the concrete industry, we look to position them as not only the first but the default choice among professionals,” says Dean Trevelino, principal of Trevelino/Keller. “The home renovation industry is expected to continue its steady incline, and so we have an opportunity and responsibility to ensure that Sakrete is positioned to take advantage of that growth through creative and thoughtful ideation and execution.”
