Global brand strategy, design and experience firm Siegel+Gale announced the appointment of Kerry Held as strategy director of employee engagement. Held, who joins the New York office, brings 15 years of culture, leadership and change management experience to the firm.

Throughout her career, Held has worked alongside senior leadership to implement cultural change and drive better experiences for employees and customers. She has worked across a variety of industries including healthcare, retail, hospitality, B2B and financial services, partnering with clients such as EmblemHealth, Advantage Care, Physician’s Group, Northwell Health, Delta Airlines, Topgolf, David Yurman and IHG Hotels.

Held joins Siegel+Gale from biometric technology company CLEAR, where she served as SVP of employee experience, overseeing the learning and development team. Prior to that, she worked as head of business development with leadership consultancy YSC. Earlier in her career, Held was a founding team member of Hospitality Quotient, the learning and consulting business from Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group.
