Soulsight Strengthens Executive Leadership Team with Three Promotions

Soulsight, a Chicago-based award-winning creative agency, announced three promotions to its executive leadership team, Laura DeGroot to Executive Vice President of Strategy, Jessica Feld to Executive Vice President of Brand Partnerships and Christina Kokrak to Executive Vice President of Account Strategy. With these promotions, women will now comprise over 70% of the agency’s senior leadership team.

With a background in design and 12 years of agency experience spanning management and strategy, Laura DeGroot offers a holistic perspective to deliver relevant results that shift behavior and drive purchase. As EVP of Strategy, DeGroot will continue to lead the agency’s strategy team in the development of foundational frameworks that connect culture with creativity and transform insight into action. Prior to her current position, she served as the firm’s Strategy Director and was successful in facilitating a 300% employee growth in the department in less than four years. DeGroot was hired as an Account Manager at Soulsight in 2012.

Jessica Feld was hired as an Account Manager at Soulsight in 2012. With over 10 years of experience and in her role as EVP of Brand Partnerships, Feld will continue her responsibilities for growing the agency’s client portfolio and increasing its reach and impact across Digital and Global categories. Her impressive client roster spans CPG, sports and entertainment industries and includes powerhouse professional sports leagues and global brands, such as Campbell’s, Walgreens, PepsiCo, and Nike, among others. Feld was recently just appointed to the Associate Board at the nonprofit Girls on the Run.

Christina Kokrak joined Soulsight in 2013 as an Account Manager and has steadily accelerated through the ranks throughout her career at the agency. In her role as EVP of Account Strategy, Kokrak will continue to provide strategic leadership at the highest level for all clients and is responsible for inspiring account teams internally in the development of agency frameworks and tools for the Account Strategy department she manages. With over 11 years in the industry and eight years at Soulsight, Christina provides holistic leadership for the firm with a strong focus on client relationship building, account management and business growth.
