The PHA Group is today announcing new senior appointments as part of a restructuring of the business.

George Coleman
George Coleman, former CEO and founder of Current Global, part of the Weber Shandwick Collective, becomes CEO of The PHA Group, effective May 1.
Rebecca Horne, a partner and Chief Financial Officer at Leathwaite executive search, joins the Board as a non-executive Director and Anthony Sherick, former MD of The Technojobs Group, becomes Sales & Marketing Director and is also appointed to the Board.
As part of the restructure, joint MDs Shelley Frosdick and Stuart Skinner have decided to leave the business to explore new opportunities.
PHA founder and chairman Phil Hall said: “I would like to thank Shelley and Stuart and wish them every success for the future. We have been working together to ensure a smooth handover to the new management team.
“Shelley and Stuart joined the company nearly 20 years ago when we had only four members of staff. During that time PHA has grown 20-fold into a multi service business with offices in London, Leeds, Manchester and Boston, Massachusetts. They have led a team that has created the foundations on which our future growth and investment plans can firmly be built.”
Shelley Frosdick and Stuart Skinner said: “It has been a privilege to lead PHA for over five years, having helped the agency to grow from a start-up, to a leading independent. We have worked with some fantastic clients and challenging briefs in that time, but it is our phenomenal colleagues we will miss the most. We wish them and PHA every continued success in the future.”
The Board are delighted to welcome George to the business, and we look forward to growing it together.
George has spent 17 years at Weber Shandwick, the last six years as co-founder and Chief Executive of Current Global, a PR organisation that is part of the Weber Shandwick family. He was previously tech MD and board director at Nelson Bostock, where he established the agency’s tech division. In 2012 he founded the full-service comms agency, Creation, which had 20 offices globally and a client roster which included Microsoft, Netflix, Burger King and Adidas.
