The S3 Agency, the internationally recognized creative agency headquartered in historic downtown Boonton, NJ, welcomes Leon Grassi as Vice President Sales & Marketing. A seasoned industry professional, Mr. Grassi brings over 15 years of experience in marketing and business development from both the client and agency sides. Reporting directly to the president, whom the agency hired earlier this year, Mr. Grassi will be responsible for developing new business relationships and overseeing marketing strategy for S3.

Previously serving as VP of Sales & Marketing at The DSM Group (Mahwah, NJ), Mr. Grassi is an accomplished marketer who has been recognized among New Jersey’s Best Marketing & Communications Professionals Under 40. His training began at Fordham University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and he adds experience in the Media, Publishing, Consumer Electronics, Information Technology, and Accounting sectors to S3’s fast-growing list of clients and strategic relationships. Additionally, Mr. Grassi chairs the committee that runs the northern NJ golf outing for the American Cancer Society, where his team has raised over $4.5 million for cancer research in just under 9 years.
