Travel Lifestyle Network (TLN), a global agency network comprising the finest travel and lifestyle consultancies, celebrates its 10-year anniversary this year, a milestone for this expanding international organization.
TLN is made up of owner-managed PR, marketing and communications agencies from around the world, each who serve clients from the travel and lifestyle sphere spanning tourism boards, hotels, airlines and tour operators as well as lifestyle consumer brands, gourmet/F&B, fashion, beauty and luxury.
TLN’s co-founder and chairman Hanna Kleber says the Network has grown from 3 founding members in 2008 to 18 agencies today, representing clients across5 continents in 22 countries and territories around the world.
Zapwater Communications is TLN’s member agency in the United States.
“I am very pleased to see the increasing expansion of the global network, and the growing collaborations between committed peers, each experts in their own region. Our strength lies shared vision and ideas on the fast-changing travel and lifestyle sectors, and being able to deliver international representation combined with local expertise for our clients,” says Kleber.
Each TLN agency is a dominant player in their specific region and a recognised expert in all aspects of travel and lifestyle communications. At the cutting edge of the latest innovations, each member guides clients through the evolutions of the sector, including content production, digitalization, media collaborations, and alliances with industry partners.
Kleber says the strength of TLN is the ability to provide mutualized services across several markets for brands with a tailor-made regional approach.
“In addition to sharing several clients across the network—from cruise lines, to destinations, airlines and travel operators—our members have collaborated on a number of joint and regional campaigns this year including, most recently, a pan-European influencer trip on behalf of the Namibia Tourism Board.”
In 2018, 3 new agencies joined TLN, strengthening the Network in Russia, India and GCC region. New members are already seeing the value of their new global partners:
Archana Jain, Director of new member agency, PR Pundit in India, says: “Congratulations to the Network on ten years of close collaboration. We are privileged to be a part of such a cooperative alliance that shares leads, insights and lends support to its members. There is a lot to learn together from the immensely successful member firms. We love the spirited attitude of its members, which is clearly infectious.”
Andrey Shemyakin, from new member agency, Sea Company in Russia, says: “TLN is a great opportunity for individual agencies throughout the world to increase their brand presence in other markets. Becoming a member of TLN is a recognition of your professionalism and reputation in your market. To be among the strongest agencies in the world – this is where we want to be. For the six months we have officially been a member of TLN, we are really pleased with our benefits for us as an agency, and also for our clients. We have already received unique requests that are only possible via the TLN family”
Isabel Tapp, Founder & CEO of new member agency, AllDetails Middle East, adds: “A big congratulations to Hanna and all of the team on the 10th anniversary of the Travel Lifestyle Network. We are honoured to be a part of the Network and to be able to bring a wealth of experience of the UAE, GCC and Saudi Arabia. I am very impressed with the collective expertise of the partners offering so much experience of the different markets around the world, and such in-depth knowledge of the travel industry. This is surely of huge benefit to all the clients of TLN Partners who have access to this knowledge all over the world.”
