Donnelly Brings Decades of Experience Driving Value Creation Through Agency Growth
DALLAS – March 20, 2024 – Supreme Group, a platform company dedicated to providing best-in-class business and commercialization services to a broad range of life science and healthcare companies, today announced the appointment of Tom Donnelly as CEO.
Supreme Group was formed following Trinity Hunt Partners’ majority investment in Supreme Optimization, a leading life science-focused digital agency providing best-in-class performance digital marketing services to the life science industry. Last year, Supreme Group acquired Clarity Quest, a health IT marketing agency.

Donnelly brings more than 20 years of management experience in integrated healthcare marketing, advertising, and consulting to the company. Most recently, Donnelly served as chief growth officer for Medical Knowledge Group, LLC (MKG), a former portfolio company of Court Square Capital Partners and Aisling Capital, which was acquired by Novo Holdings A/S. He also served as chief revenue officer for Level Ex, a medical video game provider, where he oversaw pharmaceutical, biotech, and med device sales and partnerships, customer success, and revenue operations to drive growth. During his nearly eleven years on the management team at Evoke, Donnelly helped grow the agency from less than 10 to more than 500 employees and helped lead nine-figure sales growth as the company’s global chief growth officer and president of North America. He also served as a vice president at imc2, where he led the New York and Philadelphia health and wellness practices.
