Ty Bentsen has been named Head of Business Development at BMF, a global integrated creative marketing agency with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and London. She will be overseeing business development across BMF’s three key practice areas: Earned (PR), Engagement (Digital/Social), and Experience (Activations/Events).
She brings 18 years of experience of PR and communications experience to her new role at BMF – including a decade at The Brandman Agency as Managing Director, Global Strategy, and prior to that, four years at Wagstaff Media & Marketing, where she helped develop business opportunities and manage top-level strategy for travel and hospitality clients including Visit Victoria, Experience Scottsdale, and the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board; global airlines and private aviation companies including Qantas and JetSuite; leading hotels and resorts including The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco, and the recent rebirth of the Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort; launched lauded spirits brands such as Uncle Nearest in the Los Angeles market; and supported world-renowned restaurant groups such as Patina Restaurant Group.
