NEW YORK, November 28, 2023 — GCI Group announced today that it has promoted Alexandra (Alex) Canale to Managing Director of uncapped communications, a specialized health communications agency working with biotechnology and medical technology companies to uncap their full leadership potential.
Canale will lead the uncapped team during a pivotal phase of expansion, as the agency has amassed impressive double-digit revenue growth over the past two years.
A seven-year veteran of GCI Group, Canale has been instrumental in expanding its corporate practice and biotech client roster while also helping to run the North American business. In her new role, Canale will be responsible for driving growth and working with uncapped clients to guide them through their highest-profile moments, from Series funding rounds, IPOs and mergers and acquisitions to launches of first-to-market therapies and significant pipeline developments.
