Zapwater Communications announced that it has been retained by High Road Craft Brands as its public relations agency of record. Zapwater will lead media relations, influencer marketing, strategic partnerships, events, and social media efforts on behalf of all four brands under the High Road Craft name – High Road Craft Ice Cream, Ciao Bella, Wallops! and Helados La Neta.

High Road Craft Brands launched in 2010 as a family-run ice cream business with a focus on high integrity, quality ingredients and craftsmanship. They respect time-tested recipes while creating their own chef-meets-science approach to all products. At first, the core strategy was B2B efforts with the main target audience of chefs and restaurants. However, the business has evolved to direct to consumer and the portfolio of brands has also expanded to include Ciao Bella, Wallops! and most recently, Helados La Neta. However, today, everything is still made in-house, where they work closely with restaurants and chefs, to ensure they are offering the best ice cream in the world.
Alongside High Road Craft Ice Cream, Ciao Bella features premium small batch gelatos and sorbettos crafted from the best ingredients on the planet. Their flavorful sorbets are certified vegan and non-GMO Project verified. This past year, High Road Craft Brands also unveiled Wallops!®, the ultimate snack featuring three favorite treats all wrapped up into one – super-premium ice cream surrounded by cookie dough inside a chocolate shell, and Helados La Neta with flavors inspired by the flavors, culture and people of Mexico.
