To successfully grow your career is a PR professional, it’s essential that you have clear goals. Know where you want to be in the next two to five years and then create a map for how you’re going to get there. For instance, you may decide in the next five years you want to open your own agency, or it could be that you want to have a string of high-profile clients.

Financial communications is also a major aspect of PR as that’s where relationships with analysts and investors to improve your client’s reputation come into play.
