Public relations is a broad field that encompasses many different jobs and tasks. In today’s increasingly competitive marketplace, organizations must find ways to keep up. To compete, they must make use of every channel available to them for information distribution. Public relations specialists are in charge of creating a positive company image by communicating with customers and the media.
