You can now create brand identities in Agility, which will be made available across features throughout your Agility account. This will make the creation of important deliverables, such as customized media briefings, quicker and more consistent to your brand guidelines and messaging, as well as those of your competitors featured in your comparison reports. A single authoritative source for each of your brand identities is already available to briefings, and will be connected to reporting, analysis and content generation. Brand identities can also be applied to Visibility Intelligence analyses, enabling you to see how your specific brand is being reflected in the way that AI tools are summarising an industry or theme.


Track and Measure Syndicated Media Content
A new Syndicates toggle alongside your media mention feed in topic results means you can see which articles have been syndicated across multiple outlets, allowing you to identify the volume of syndicates and the metrics associated with the syndication, such as total impressions.

Get Insights into your Coverage Surges
Coverage Surge Alerts make you and your colleagues aware of sudden changes in the nature of your media coverage, be it a spike in volume or impressions, or a change in overall sentiment of the coverage. Surge Insights will now identify important information such as themes, sentiment and tone, and propose strategy and actions to respond to the surge in coverage. So if your company receives an unexpected spike in media coverage, Coverage Surge Alerts will not only make you aware, they will help you begin to form a plan of action.
