The new hires will leverage their extensive communications industry experience and network to source top talent for the firm’s agency and corporate clients.

For more than two decades, Ms. Mirrington has led high impact internal, external, and executive communications strategy for globally recognized, innovative, and respected companies in industries ranging from tech to tourism, including most recently at Amazon Web Services. She currently is an adjunct instructor at her undergraduate alma mater, the University of Colorado-Boulder, teaching in the College of Media, Communication, and Information corporate communications graduate program.
Ms. Chayo also has nearly two decades of PR agency and corporate experience. Prior to her VP role with Golin, she worked with Bollare Communications, LaForce, NARS Cosmetics, HL Group, and Kaplow Communications. Most recently she has built her own consulting practice focused on developing and executing strategic communications programs to reach diverse audiences for clients in the fashion, healthcare, real-estate, wellness, and travel industries.
